Introduction
The Homepage Copy feature allows you to select a user. View its homepage and copy it by replacing the homepage of one or more selected users.
The function is available in the administrative menu of KoolSuite Administration >> KoolSuite Settings >> Homepage Copier
How to copy a homepage from one user to others
Activate the HomePage Copier function from the administrative menu: Administration >> KoolSuiteSettings
- At first select the user from which to copy the homepage. You can view the users’ homepage using the Impersonate button.
By activating this option, KoolSuite presents in the Top Bar the list of users and a button to use once the homepage to be copied has been found. By selecting a user from the list, KoolSuite shows you the homepage of the selected user.
With this user’s Use Homepage button you can return to the Homepage copy functionality.
At the bottom of the user list you will still find the choice to return to the Homepage function without selecting a user to copy from. - Once the user to copy from has been identified, it is necessary to specify which users to paste the homepage of the selected user to
You can select one or more users from the list or preload the selection by selecting all users who belong to a role. - Finally, by confirming the selections, KoolSuite will replace the homepage of the users indicated with that of the reference user.
You can always check the copy with the Impersonate button or with the Sudo Login function of KoolSuite
