How to use
With the sudo login function, the administrator user can use the crm impersonating another user without logging in as another user, without knowing the user’s password.
To access the Sudo Login functionality login in SuiteCRM as Administrator.
Goto Administration sections scrool down in KoolSuite Settings, select Sudo Login feature
koolSuite shows a new dropdown with the user list at the top rigth of the page.
Selecting a user from the list will immediately start using the crm impersonating the selected user.
The navigation will start from the homepage of the selected user.
The list of users will remain available to make a new change of credentials.
At the end you can return to the administrator credentials by selecting the last item in the list: the list of users disappears and you return to the administration page.
Sudo Login with Google Authenticator feature
If you have activated the two factor authentication feature of Google Authenticator, selecting a user the system will temporarily disable the feature to allow the user to impersonate. At the end, the previous settings will be automatically reset
