Timeline view is available in any module. The Administrator can set one or more Timeline Views from the Administrative area.
With the Timeline view it is possible to temporally view all the records of the form.
It is very simple to set up a Timeline for a module.
Just indicate which date type field to use to organize the view.
It is also possible to group the data based on any field.
For example, for the Opportunity module you could set up a Timeline with the
- Expected closing date as a date field
- The sales phase as a grouping field
- The customer name as a row field.
In this way we obtain a Timeline of this type:
In particular, each orange block represents an opportunity for the customer of the row.
If, on the other hand, the name of the Opportunity is indicated as a row field, the result will be similar to this.
As you can see, there are many features of the Timeline view.
KoolSuite also allows you to have more than one Timeline per module. It will be up to the user to choose which one to view with convenient dropdown.
